November Blues

I've been reading with a bit more dedication lately - finished Marley and Me and now working on Moments of Being. Woolf just gets more interesting the more I read. Okay, I could do without her fiction mostly, although I'd like to go back and reread now that I know more about her (auto?)biographical context. Yikes, is my brain shut off?

Knitting a ton as per usual, but nothing really new. Put together a pattern for a kid sweater for Little J so I could use up this really plain cream Galway 100% wool that came in a hand-me-down bag. Circus poncho progressing and looking a little less scary. Haven't been knitting for the biz because I got so burnt. Socks on the brain, but too much already on the needles.

Rain rain rain. We've been stuck inside for two weeks straight. Finally let Little J go out and play in the rain and get soaked because he's been going bonkers. Poor munch.

Ta ta.

Knitting and crocheting can either be a calming blessing or a raging headache---I'm popping out for Advil.
